Common questions
My purchase did not unlock the full journey.
Open the game, go to the store screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Install ScrollKeeper, open the store screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account. The Full Journey is a one-time purchase and is yours forever. Family Sharing is supported.
I found a mistake in a question.
We would love to hear about it. Email the question text and the chapter it appeared in, and our scribes will review it.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. ScrollKeeper works fully offline. A connection is only needed for the App Store purchase itself.
Is my data collected?
No. ScrollKeeper collects no personal data, shows no ads, and has no accounts. Your progress is stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase.
