These terms govern your use of Lexio ("the game"), published by KFT Games, a division of Kraft Digital. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them.
Licence
KFT Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Lexio for your own enjoyment on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
What you agree not to do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets, except where this is permitted by law that cannot be excluded.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the game or its content.
- Use cheats, exploits, or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt other players.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled by the relevant store. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Intellectual property
Lexio, including its art, characters, world, music, and code, is owned by KFT Games and Kraft Digital and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Availability
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own country of residence.
