This policy explains how Lexio ("the game"), published by KFT Games, a division of Kraft Digital, handles your information. Lexio is built to collect as little as possible.
The short version
Lexio does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email to play, and does not sell or share personal information. Anything the game saves stays on your device, with one exception: completing the daily puzzle while online sends a single anonymous result to power the shared leaderboard, as described below.
What the game stores
- Game progress and settings, saved locally on your device and, if you use platform cloud save, in your own Apple or Google account.
- Purchase records, handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your full payment details.
- Optional diagnostics: if you opt in at the OS level, the platform may share anonymised crash reports so we can fix bugs. These contain no personal identifiers we can trace back to you.
The daily leaderboard
When you complete a daily puzzle while online, Lexio submits one result to our game service so the shared daily leaderboard works. That submission contains an automatically created anonymous identifier, which is a random ID not linked to your name, email address, or any profile, and the result itself: the puzzle number, how many guesses you used, whether you solved it, whether hard mode was on, and how long the solve took.
Leaderboards display results only as "Anonymous". Practice games never send anything. If you are offline or the submission fails, the game simply continues and nothing is queued or retried.
Results are stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney) region and are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to anyone else, and the game contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
What we do not collect
Apart from the single anonymous leaderboard submission described above, everything the game saves stays on your device. Lexio does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not sell or share personal information.
Children
Lexio does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data that leaves the device is an anonymous leaderboard result that is not linked to any identity. The game is suitable for players of all ages, subject to the age rating shown on the store listing.
Your platform controls
You can clear local game data by deleting the app, and you can manage cloud saves, purchases, and diagnostic sharing through your Apple or Google account settings at any time.
Contact
Questions about Lexio and privacy: games@kraftdigital.co.nz.
To have your anonymous leaderboard results deleted, email games@kraftdigital.co.nz from the device you play on and we will walk you through identifying your anonymous ID. Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on your device.
